I oversee 5 schools. One of our schools had a sprinkler pipe burst. Within 40 minutes of calling them their entire team was on-site. Thanks to Octagon all our carpets were spared and there was minimal damage caused thanks to their immediate response and high tech operations! We called Octagon when we discovered that our basement was completely soaked. We couldn't see it but when the kids went downstairs with sox on they sure did feel it. We had no idea what to do. It was late, everything was closed... and Robert was at our house in about 20 minutes. He dried up our basement, got the carpet up and out of the house, and left another machine to continue drying things. He recommended what we should do next and was completely amazing in our panic. I called Octagon on a Sunday afternoon, they arrived within 2 hours and started to work on my water damage right away! The staff couldn't have been more pleasant! They took care of the insurance claim, took care of the damage and then some! I didn't have to worry about a thing, they took care of it all!
